A birthday prologue.

tomorrow is the big day.

no, not my wedding.
(that day shall never come! never, i tell you, NEVER.)

but.

my.

birthday.

not just any birthday you know, but my 15th birthday!
it marks the 15 years that i spent on this wretched earth. oh boy. the joy.
but, this is also the year i get to make my identification card!
woooooooo!
the symbol of maturity and citizenship rights.
but i really cant wait for my 16th year.
just think about the things i can do:

- watch DaVinci code.
- watch DaVinci code.
- watch DaVinci code.
- take O levels and die from overstress.
- watch DaVinci code during final moments on earth.
(screw you board censors! why make the code NC 16?! why? why?!)

but what i really want is to be 18.
the benefits of being 18:

- liable to go to jail.
- drivers license! (the roads of singapore will never be safe once i get that stupid card.)
- O levels are OVER! (this is the part i like best.)
- permitted to drink alcohol and go clubbing/ pubbing. (then, i can REALLY zouk away. rather than have some miniature "zouk" session is someones hotel room during overseas trips. -_-)
- permitted to get drunk and puke on the side of the road.
- NC 18 movies!
- can actually PLAY in pool rooms rather than watch people play.

is that all? i guess so.

3 more years. 3 more years. 3 more years.
in the meantime, i shall just enjoy my happy pending 15th and leech presents off all of you suckers. =D
